Granddaughter Navya specially wished 80-year-old Nana on his birthday
Mumbai (ANI). Amitabh Bachchan, the biggest superstar of Hindi cinema, turns 80 today. On this occasion, Big B has been wished a birthday by his daughter and granddaughter. Posting on Instagram, Shweta shared pictures of her beautiful moments spent with her father. In one of the pictures, we can see Big B holding Shweta’s hand. In another picture, Big B is standing with his late parents Harivansh Rai Bachchan and Teji Bachchan.

Granddaughter congratulates Nana in a special way
Apart from Shweta, Amitabh’s granddaughter Navya also penned a heartwarming post for him on his 80th birthday. Navya posted a childhood picture with her ‘Nana’ while strolling in the street. Navya wrote in the caption accompanying the post, “Tu na thakega kabhi tu na rukega kabhi tu na mudega kabhi kar oath ka sath ka swath agneepath agneepath agneepath. There is no one like you and never will be. Happy birthday Nana.”
Big B is the hero of the century
Big B started his career in 1969 with the film ‘Saat Hindustani’. He later appeared as Dr Bhaskar Banerjee in Hrishikesh Mukherjee’s ‘Anand’ (1971), for which he won the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor. Prakash Mehra’s action film ‘Zanjeer’ (1973) established Bachchan as a star in the industry and since then he has been continuously active in the world of cinema. Ahead of his 80th birthday, Amitabh’s film ‘Goodbye’ released which is currently running in theatres. In the coming months, he will be seen in the remake of ‘The Intern’ alongside Deepika Padukone and ‘Project K’. He also has ‘height’ in his bag.
